With the new Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), financial institutions require a license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to carry out their professional activities as asset managers. We hold the required authorization from FINMA and are supervised by the supervisory organization (AO) AOOS.
AOOS was founded with the purpose of operating an AO according to FINIG as a service especially for asset managers and trustees. The company also aims to operate a self-regulatory organization in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). In order to fulfill this mandate with the highest quality of service, specific industry knowledge is necessary. Employees with many years of experience in the supervision of asset managers and trustees as well as proven supervisory methods and technologies guarantee this.

As an auditing expert accredited by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority, CAPREV Wirtschaftsprüfung und -beratung AG provides control and auditing services in accordance with the provisions of federal law and special legislation for members and non-members of the VQF.

Ombud Finance Switzerland (OFS) is a Swiss foundation that offers affiliated financial institutions, financial service providers, financial advisors and their customers mediation and dispute resolution services. These services can be requested by customers or financial service providers. The OFS Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt legal entity and is subject to federal supervision.

With around 1,800 members, the Swiss Association of Asset Managers SAM is the industry association of independent asset managers in Switzerland. It was founded in 1986 with the aim of promoting the economic importance and recognition of the independent asset management profession. As a lobbyist, the association is committed to the reputation of the industry and the protection of investors. It is also active in education and training.

It is important to us to support children in poverty. That is why we support the social projects of the StarKids Foundation and the UnSichtbar association.

UnSichtbar is a non-profit, neutral and voluntary association from the Basel region, which offers low-threshold, fast, unbureaucratic and direct help to children and young people in Switzerland who are affected by poverty. This is connected with the involvement of the parents.
